Guys, when we started this workshop, I had a gut feeling that it was change the afternoon. Yes, it was a very humid morning that day, but as soon as we entered the nice blue water, my god, we were having fun. The Navy Seal Strength and Survival drills were amazing. The smiles on your faces encouraged me to add water element into the Krav Maga drills. We moved on from Resistance Walks to straight punches in the water, and straight punches defense. It added whole new dimension to the tactics as whenever a straight punch was given the shallow water, water was splashed on to the defender face, making it difficult for him to see the punch at the first place. Then we had knife defense where the defender face was covered with water being splashed all the time. Eye sight and breathing with constant water splashes made the drill more intense. Finally we moved on to back arm-bar chokes where the defender had to submerge himself into the water in order to release and counter attack making the drill more stressful and intense, the way a Krav Maga Self Defense (Bengaluru, India) Practitioners prefers to challenge himself. We ended the workshop with some body pain conditioning exercise with punches and kicks to the stomach in the water. Great day, good training! Thanks guys! Loved every second of it. —Â Franklin Joseph
