Fitness improves naturally through training - you don't need to be fit to start, you train to become fit.

Where are your training locations in Bengaluru?

We have two training locations in Bengaluru: Wilson Garden (7th Cross) for morning and afternoon weekend classes (10 AM to 12 PM), and Kengeri Satellite Town for afternoon classes (2:30 PM to 3:30 PM). Both locations offer weekend training sessions with professional equipment including punch shields, protective gear, and training weapons.

What is the class schedule and timing?

Regular weekend classes run on Saturdays and Sundays. Wilson Garden location: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Kengeri location: 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We also offer Private Short Diploma Masterclasses on weekdays by appointment for busy professionals who cannot commit to regular weekend schedules. Corporate workshops are customizable and scheduled based on client requirements.
