I recently completed the Krav Maga 1:1 Fast-Track Capsule on hand grabs and chokes with Franklin sir, and it was truly a game changer. More than the physical techniques, the biggest impact was the mindset shift, from feeling vulnerable to thinking like a warrior.
Since I was a little girl, my parents always encouraged me to take part in some sort of defense classes, but they never really excited me. Many years later I found this class and decided to join.
