Time Out finds out if women's safety initiatives offered by cab companies deliver on their promises What seems to plague cab companies' custome is the unavailability of cabs during peak hours, and trained personnel. "These initiatives only provide a psychological security to women, it's not real," he said. "Women should not depend on technologies as they do not guarantee mental calmness.
