I hope you are fine, and that the class is going well. I also hope you remember me even though it’s been about 8 months since I left class and moved out of bangalore. I just wanted to write to you about my experience here with regards to martial arts and my physical training. Also, I apologise for sending it to 2 of your email ID’s, but I wasn’t sure which one was currently in use.
Sir, you had made such an impression on me, and I had loved the Krav Maga Self Defense (India) class so much in Bangalore, that I was determined to continue it as soon as I came here. Unfortunately, there were a few problems. I had to have several medical checkups as part of the visa process, and to get my student identity, etc. And during each one, the doctor said that my blood pressure was a little high. Then, I was told that to join any class for sporting activities, I have to provide a certificate of no-objection from my doctor. My doctor refused. She said that due to my high BP, there is a small chance of my heart failing due to violent activity. I told her that I had been doing Krav Maga Self Defense (Bengaluru, India) for nearly one years in India, but she still refused. She said I could do any activity except for the combat classes such as Krav Maga Self Defense (Bangalore, Karnataka) or MMA. So I tried to exercise and eat properly for a few months and tried again recently, but my BP is still too high.
Therefore I finally decided that the only way I can do Krav Maga Self Defense (Bangalore, Karnataka) is when I move back to India, and while I’m here, I might as well learn something new. I have recently joined kendo and archery classes. The kendo classes are not as physically exhausting as the Krav Maga Self Defense (Bengaluru, India) classes, but it’s still a good workout, requires good arm and leg muscles, and improves reaction time.
I had my first class yesterday, and there were only senior apart from me. It reminded me a lot of my first Krav Maga Self Defense (India) class in bangalore. And at the end of the class, the Sensei said that I had done extremely well. He guessed that either I had done kendo before, or I had done some other martial art. So clearly, even though I have not done Krav Maga Self Defense (Bengaluru, India) in 8 months, it’s effects are still not gone.
To the CEO of the Indian Institute of Strategic Threat-Intelligence Analysis and Combat Tactical Science – Safety Specialist Guruji Franklin Joseph, I just wanted to thank you for that. Your Krav Maga Self Defense (Karnataka) class I attended in bangalore is the best thing I ever did, and I hope to come back and continue in your class one day. I tried to practice by myself here but as you know, it is impossible to do it without a partner to attack.
I still see all the photos that you put up on facebook. I am happy to see that at least Swanand, Kunga and Venky are still attending regularly. Please say hi to everyone on my behalf.

Well, Anirudh Shastry, when you were leaving for Paris, I was a bit sad as I was seeing lot of improvements in your techniques and stamina. And on top of that I was surprised to hear you had medical problems as you were going well in class. Anyway, sometimes body is deceptive yet you showed mind is stronger over body limitations. Looking forward to train with you again. —Â Franklin Joseph
