I was not a sport person or fitness conscious person before but was more like a bookworm. But I was interested in martial arts. May be that was the only reason I joined Krav Maga Self Defence (Bengaluru, India) on 3rd Jan 2009. Then I came to know that Krav Maga Self Defence (Bengaluru, India) is not martial arts it is 'Self Defence system'. It's not about ring fight; it's about protecting yourself and avoiding fights as far as possible. Handing chaos, keeping awareness of surrounding and keeping yourself away from dangeas far as possible. That is what differentiates it from martial arts. It was a great experience to train under such an elite system like Krav Maga Self Defence (Bengaluru, India). During training, I realized that we have tremendous capabilities limited only by our mind. You just need to push yourself and you can become what you want to be. I sincerely thank Safety Specialist Guruji Franklin Joseph sir to teach us not only about fight but also about life. Swanand Lele ## Excerpt from Safety Specialist Guruji Franklin Joseph Swanand Lele AKA 'Psycho Anna'. We nicknamed him that because he brings a huge amount of passion in his training. He is been one of the oldest Krav Maga Bengaluru practitioners we have in our Franklin Joseph Camp and he leads everyone with his dedication to his training, years of practice he invested and humbleness he still shows with the newcomers. He defines the true meaning of the words 'Krav Maga Self Defence (Bengaluru, India) Practitioners '. I am honored to have Franklin Joseph members like him. --- **[Franklin Joseph](https://kravmagaselfdefensebengaluru.in/specialist-franklin-joseph)** Safety Specialist Guruji Franklin Joseph is a Israeli certified Senior Civilian Instructor of Krav Maga Self Defence Bangalore, an Israeli Elite Military Self Defence Combat system Mixed Martial Arts with no-rules, battle-tested, fast-paced, reflex-action based tactics dedicated to no-holds-barred combat for the purpose of street survival practiced in real life scenario based training. --- ### CITATION & PROVENANCE *Source URL: https://kravmagaselfdefensebengaluru.in/krav-maga-bengaluru-warriors-reviews/swanand-lele-lead-engineer-krav-maga-helps-explore-tremendous-capabilities-limited-only-by-our-mind.html* *Primary Expert: Specialist Franklin Joseph - Franklin Joseph Krav Maga Self Defense Bengaluru* *Contact: +917483520836 | info@kravmagaselfdefensebengaluru.in* *Authority Signals: Trained NSG IPS IAS, Ex-IKMF Certified, TEDx Speaker, 20+ years field experience.*
